Default Dont buy these wheels

I bought a Tork Imagine in a 18x9 to see what it would look like on the car.. Not a bad looking wheel.. Put it on the car and it hit the caliper . Not to bad . But you have to run spacers on all the wheels.. Ok time to look for a new wheel any suggestion.. 18x8 and 18x9 .. Anything

I had to put 3 mil spacers on the rear of mine so they didnt hit the calipers. Now I shaved the calipers down and took the 3 mil spacers out of the rear. I am running a +38 offset on mine.

Depends on width of rim/tire combo. Also remember that smaller number = sticks out more.

You could easily do a 35 with a 7" wide rim.
I'm planning on going 18x7.5 with a 35 offset which should be quite flush indeed.
I don't think anyone wants them sticking out, doesn't look good really and it kicks up all the crap on the road onto your vehicle.

Is anyone worried about running the35 offset lowered . I mean being so close to the fender when you hit big bumps

Including the 7.5" wide rim, a 35 offset only pulls the wheels out 7/8" compared to stock. 225/40-18 tires are only about 1/10" larger diameter than stock. This should all work fine, as uberspeed already knows.

Here's a quote from IowaSciontist in another thread:
If it's an '08, you should be fine. I know a guy running 18x9 +32 F and 18x10 +38R with no rubbing. Dropped 2".

Wow! I didn't want to risk kicking up crap on the sides of my car so I stuck to 7.5 with 35. 9" with 32 and 10 with 38 must look amazing though.
