Default No emergency brake, pedal goes to the floor

Brakes goes to the floor and emergency brake doesn't work. This stared after new putting on new rear rodors and pads. Also, I filled the fluid. What is causing this?

How did you open up the rear caliper pistons when you replaced the pads? Did you unscrew the pistons or press them back? If you pressed them back most likely you have destroyed the pistons and will have to replace them. If you unscrewed them then check for possible leaks at the caliper or bolts that weren't put back. Hopefully it's as simple as the bleeder valve being left open.
