Slow day at work so I blacked out my tail lights. What do y'all think?

I scuff the whole thing with a scotch brite pad. blacked the whole thing out with 2 thick coats of black paint. to get ride of the ugly red plastic. Let it dry for a day. wet sanded the main light area with scotch pad. then used rust-oleum lens tint. you can buy it at autozone. sprayed 2 ligth coats, let set for 20 min applied 1-2 more coats depending on how dark i wanted it and to get ride of tiger strips

Definitely put some LEDs in your reverse lights if you haven't already. I have my tails painted BSP and I can't see shizz when I back up at night. It sucks :/

 

looks good. i un-tinted mine because i couldn't see when i was backing up at night.
