Default Revving in park/while driving

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my xd revving while in park (like old cars used to do with a vacuum leak) It will rev between 1 and 2 k on its own. Back and forth. It also does this when Im cruising and I engage the clutch and put the trans into N (the car is still rolling down the road). I forced a 4 gauge wire for an amp through the main grommet yesterday. I am sure no other wires have changed. Any ideas?

Wes

Aftermarket intake? Sounds normal to me. My tC did that shizz. Clean the MAF sensor.

Its all stock... no CAI. All that has changed is the added 4 gauge wire. Does the ECU require a lot of time to recalibrate after a reset? The battery was unplugged for a couple hours...

Oh....yes... I didn't know that you disconnected the battery. That's exactly what it is. Anytime that you disconnect the battery, the ECU needs to "re-learn" everything. It'll get back into the swing of things after a few trips.
