Replacement HU

I have a 2009 xD and really like the new Alpine premium HU available for the 2010 xD. Any idea if it compatible with the 2009?

Yeah should be plug and play. If I had to change the head unit it will take less then 5 mins to swap out.

Does the 09 have the USB connection or the iPod connection?

09 has an ipod jack and a coaxial audio jack

won't work. it won't recognize the USB port.

2010 systems use USB and coax audio jack. 2009 and before use coax audio jack and the specially designed iPod port.

i don't know if steering wheel controls, aux jack, antenna, and power will work with it. good luck?
