Default 100,000 miles required dealership maintenance?

I took in my 2012 Scion xD 4 months ago to my local Toyota dealership and besides the scheduled oil change, the service person gave me a long list of things I needed done because I had gone over the 100,000 mile mark. He mentioned replacing spark plugs, cleaning the rear brakes, possibly replacing the brakes altogether, cleaning the throttle body, and a decarb. I'm just curious as to if I need to get these things done ASAP or if I am good for a few more thousand miles? I have new tires on it, balanced and rotated, aligned. It runs like a champ and I have no problems with it

Im kind of from the old school if it isnt broke dont fix it lol..I just find the quality isnt there alot of times with the mechanics doing the work these days and the dealership prices are insane [ .......I think you have time .......so at 100k I will be looking at my back brakes and doing plugs. Others may need to chime in about the decarbonization and throttle body cleaning -whether its even necessary or not ...... FWIW .
