Just go custom!!!
If any company comes up with a true cat back it will cost $$$.
Magnaflow has the only cat back available for the Yaris and it costs like $600. That is way too much for the gains...
Get your self the axleback you like the most and go get a mandrel bent mid pipe from the first cat back. You can delete the secondary cat with no negative side effects and and replace the OE resonator with a new one with the new pipe diameter.
I'm runing a custom 2.25" exhaust from the first cat back. I used 2 magnaflow round mufflers. A 4" in place of the OE resonator and a 5" on the back. It's a little loud but on the xD you go for a bigger muffler on the back to keep it quieter.
The sound is deep and aggressive!

Anyone want to guinea pig some GTSPEC chassis bars from the Yaris? Theres also R1 concepts brake rotors also if anyone needs brakes and want to give it a shot.
I would do it but I'm short on cash right now

R1 or any other Yaris rotors won't work.
First the Yaris is 4 Lug versus the xD 5 Lug.
US Yaris rotors are smaller than xD's
Yaris= 10.03" diameter
xD = 10.8" diameter
Though is just a matter of asking R1... they make a reaaly good affordable product.
It would just be a matter of finding a blank rotor of the right size and they can drill it to fit your application.
Drilled slotted rotors are more for the looks than performance... but they do look so cool...!

If you haven't checked already, AIT released their body kit and will be releasing their version of a carbon fiber hood/hatch and spoiler by the end of the month.
Also the company Strup is developing a header and exhaust for the xD

Was studying my brothers A pillars and they are almost identical until the bottom where it flattens out a little bit. So the Yaris pillar gauge pods wont work. I'm trying to get a respond from Glowshift to help develop one since I live relatively close by their company.

R1 rotors drilled sloted rotors for the xD
I got word from R1 and they DO have blank rotors for the xD. Offcourse they can drill them slot them (or both) upon request.
If anyone interested let me recomend you a R1 distributor that can have the rotors ordered for anyone.

The xD application is not posted on line so you need to ask for them....

This thread got heated =O
Sounds like I need to blow some cash on rotors and headers. Wonder how hard the installation will be... and I wonder if the Tanabe will still be legal w/ the headers... hahaha
TRD items that are 'rebadged' are sometimes simply rebadged product. Sometimes, they are manufacturerd by X company to TRD's specifications. It really depends on the exact item.
Since TRD is controlled by TMS, the development goes a bit differently.
1. Present idea for product to dev
2. Meetings on market research and the projected amount of sales
3. Decide if the profit from the R&D is worthwhile based on the estimate
4. Start/Toss the project
5. Announce soft launch dates, delay 6 months, delay some more, and launch -- j/k LOL
Most TRD USA dev'd parts are middle tier. Not quality wise, but performance wise. They do not make a "race" version. It's simply a "streetable fun" version. For example, the tC coilovers by TRD. They are a mystery to most. The height is adjustable and the spring rates aren't published (last time I checked). For the consumer that's shopping for a specific ride feel, it's simply tossed out the window.
TRD products are still great, it's just not as 'aggressively tuned' as it used to be. For Scions, I think it's ok though. It's not a performance line, simply a performance-look line with some potential

For those interested in an intake manifold:

Also I forgot to post that Razzi also makes a lip kit for our car, as well as a dual exhaust tip set up to go with their kit.

Just replied in the intake manifold thread. Also added some info in regards to the GB history I've encountered on ScionLife and other boards I've help create GBs for. Just something to consider.

My friend at the dealership tried out his old chassis bars from his Yaris today. They both fit properly, which is awesome news. I'll be in the market for some GT SPEC/Beatrush components next year :D

Yea I guess, I hope our attempts at this manifold will build a better future in the 2ZR's potential. If it works out like the Yaris, I believe that Richard and dynatek will build onto a turbo kit later on.

Its assumptions like these that have led to Toyotas recieving very little support and development of some of their better cars.
P.S. Talk to usmc7236Ret, he's 48 and has already done quite a few things to his RS 1.0 even though you say 30+ owners have no interest.
