Default Damaged rear bumper, Have decisions, Need Help

Ok how i got here first.....
St. Patrick's day, my wife has to move my car, in order to get her car out of our driveway. She doesn't do well with my 5 spd. So she backs out, hits the clutch instead of the break, doesnt stop and whack! hits our neighbors front bumper and put a big friggin dent in my rear bumper. My neighbors accord is pretty much just scratched up and he's cool enough not to want to file a claim (how nice was that?). My bumper however is REALLY scratched and dented up somethin fierce.

Here's my thinking now at this point...
I could....
A. Simply get a new OEM Bumper, paint it, and slap it on. BTW the DAMD lip was not (amazingly) damaged at all.
My question here is where i can i get the best deal on a replacement OEM bumper (painted, unpainted whatever)???

B. I have an oppotunity to get something different. I was thinking about that razzi kit's rear bumper that has the simulated dual exhaust. I really like this look and think it could compliment the rest of the damd kit. My questions for option B are...
Is the razzi kit just a lip deal or is the rear bumper a full apron?
Does any1 have any experience w/this kit?
Can you still use aftermarket mufflers w/this? ( i know they sell an adapter kit to hook it up to the bumpers "tip".)
Also is this bumper SO LOW that I would be unable to ever add a tow hitch?

Thanks for checkin out my issue i know you guys wont be shy with your opinion, please give me any other suggestions you might have. THANKS!

razzi is a lip from my understanding. I would get the bumper off ebay, theres one on there right now for 160 i believe, just get it repainted etc.

your not having a lot of luck with the rear bumper huh? lol didnt someone rear end u when u first got it?

no, not rear ended, there was a huge scratch that was the dealer's fault i guess, i noticed it on the lot the day i was supposed to take it home.

I saw the one bumper on ebay. The dark blue one? it looks like its got damage too.

To answer the least important part of your question, I would say that ANY bumper that is at all lower than OEM will interfere with a hitch... unless you feel like doing some dremel work. There is probably ¼" between the bottom of the OEM bumper and the top of the receiver tube. I'd have to assume that it wouldn't work with the RS1 lip kit.

If you OEM get it from the dealer and have their guys paint it. BTW you need to give lots of info that you own a RS.. Everything but blood.... They dont want copycats cars out there... Scion protects RS Owners.

That means you would have one real exhaust pipe and one fake right? If so, I wouldn't get that unless you make it dual exhaust. Even if it's not noticeable, a fake pipe is dumb, at least to me, and if you show your car to someone when they see that even if they don't laugh on the outside, they will be on the inside.
