Hey SL, it's been a while. I used to be on here all the time with xB mods etc... still have my 05 TCM, and looking at the new xD 3.0 for the wife. If you haven't seen this color in person, it's pretty amazing. The kit is also tasteful and well integrated, unlike most of the recent RS stuff. Just looks right to me.
I don't know how much modding I'll be able to get away with, but want to at least throw on some NF210s and decently wide/spaced wheels (probably gold or bronze...) Will probably take apart and paint the lights like on mine, maybe some retrofitting as well. We'll see.

 

Cool...I think the RS3 will look good with some bronze rims...Hope the wife enjoys the xD...I have enjoyed modding mine...

 

Yours is looking nice, 'Sub... seems there's not alot of modding on the xD on this forum, or not to the degree the xB1 people do. I personally think the xD has alot more potential, especially with the drivetrain.

 

Get the RS 8.0 xB! It even has a sunroof and the color is better. They had the RS 3.0 xD here in the autoshow and it wasn't so good.

No sir, wheel are optional. Hubcaps and the 16'' wheel is standard, but it looks better than the xD and the price difference is not a lot.

 

That 8.0 color is interesting but HATE the kit... looks like Wings West or something. Love the xD one, better integrated and more legit to my eye.

So we ended up with a new 2010 Barcelona Red automatic xD after getting a much better deal on it... will post pictures soon
