Anyone have any luck with putting vinyl on their xD?

I have a silver xD and want to make it look a little better than completely STOCK. I have in the mail coming to me:

>new black custom emblems (customxbguages.com)
>fog lights for fake air intakes below on the bumper
>black vinyl overlay for bumper to connect the grills
>black custom grill for top and bottom grills.

Any suggestions and/or pictures would be greatly appreciated!

I like the fog lights idea.. which ones did you get..?

 

I have vinyl on mine. Been on for 2 years. No problems.

 

I actually was searching on ebay and found a great pair that actually had the two front black fake air intakes molded to fit the fog lights...not knowing this but when I got it, it actually came with a "Texas Toyota/Scion" invoice... I am going on the impression that scion doesn't make official fog lights for the D.

Anyway...I am going to be putting them in this weekend sometime or within the next week so I will post pictures. The grill came in as well, just waiting on the vinyl for the front bumper...

 

Here is the work so far...added the fog lights and the custom grill...put LED lights in the interior under all the seats and wired it through the center console. Looks great at night !
