whats the kit. cuz thats a stock front bumper. but wide tires look awesome on the xD's just file the bodykit away to fix your problem

That is not the stock bumper. He has the Extreme Dimensions kit. It is kind of an exaggeration of the stock look. That is why it looks similar.
