Default xB Suspension Issues

I've been on Progress coilovers for about a year and they have been great to me at all heights I rode at. Well, except this one. I've got them maxed out high and now the left strut is clanking pretty hard. I thought something went out, but the shop said everything was fine and it just needs a rubber gasket in there to quiet it down. Anyone have any suggestions for this? I'm thinking about just going with a new setup all together. Any suggestions for what's gonna be the best ride overall? I'm not worried about slamming it anymore, I just want that smooth ride back. Thanks for all your help.

Make sure everything on the coilover is tight. On a normal spring/strut combo, the 17mm top nut loosens over time and causes the knocking. Not sure if it's the same deal for coils but that would be the first thing I'd check.
