How low do you want to go?

If you look at the suspension & handling part of the forum, there is a buyers guide for springs/coilovers. That'll give you the idea of which ones you want based on drop height.

Dont know what you mean by few bucks, but you can get a set of drop springs (I recoment goldlines) for around $170 and probably a set of cheap 15s like Drag wheels for 300-400 (the 15s would fit your stock tires). Then the project would only cost you around $470-570. Cheaper if you by used stuff in the classifieds.
