Would I need a filter considering I never turn on the heater or ac?? Just curious to know and even though I don't turn them on would the filter still collect but slower than if I turned on the unit

^^ the older tC's have a different blower motor, than the 08-09's, that's why they didn't include the filter from the factory.
I am wondering if you added the blower motor from an 08-09 to the earlier tC's
would you also have to change the relay or just the motor to have stronger air flow?

What the *****...I just noticed this crap now. I don't have a filter in my 08 but I have a tray.
