yeah when you put the antifouler in you disconnected the battery...99%sure you did as most of us do. When you did that it disables auto up and down because the jam protector has to be enabled again. on the driver window button bring the window down half way and stop for a second. then push the button all the way down again and let the window go all the way down but continue to hold the button for about 2-5secs. 5 to be safe. Then pull the button all the way up and it should auto up. then go the passenger door and do the same exact thing, can not be done from the driver door button though. For the sunroof do the same thing. Open 1/2 way, then fully, hold button for few secs then release then push and hold til fully closed. Then push to and make sure it auto opens. All else fails, look it up in the manual but im pretty certain those are the steps, hope it helps ya.

depends. If they just test the emission system and you have an antifouler trick or to some effect to throw off the O2 sensor then you'll be good. If they do a sniffer, then more than likely you wont pass.

Default easy install

i installed the dc sports header with the help of my buddy and some air tools in about half hour-45 mins, really easy install and i was not expecting to have a raspy sound. the car sounds nice when it idles but when i step on the gas you can hear it.before with just my intake and exhaust my car sounded really good. now the scion sounds like a ricer!!!! I was told a resonator would solve the problem, wondering if anyone has had the same problem and does anyone know how to reset the check engine light the easiest way its really ____ing me off as well.

as far as everybody disconnecting the negative battery cable, you dont have to do that.

opening your fuse box and removing the ECU fuse does the same exact thing, without resetting your windows and all that stuff. you also dont need any tools to do this, except for the HANDY DANDY FUSE PULLER stuck to the top of the fuse box lid.

i just did my install & i have all the part to make the CEL not come on... also i installed the DC 4 int 1 & when i went 50miles my CEL came on WTF

so i think my next step will be to pull the (-) off & let the car sit for 10-20 mins then put the (-) back on & start the car.... Then i will let the tC idel for about 10-30 mins maybe this will fix the issues i am having... maybe the EUC needs to re map the new air flow going into the header & let it ideal might be the only way ;)

ill kep you all posted but for now chck out my install info

Um... the o2 is suppose to be in the header at all times. You put the antifouler trick on the rear o2 sensor on the s-pipe.

On the false? I assume antifouler. The antifouler mod is hit or miss, there is only one thing that I've found that has worked and I owned it and in 6+K miles never had a CEL https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...210&highlight= Dunno if he still makes them.
