In bright daylight, especially if you have sunglasses on, they suck. I was ____ed when I saw the 2004 gauges!

BUT, the all red looks more pimp at night

I have a 4WD Matrix, nearly one-year-old now. Love it, have no complaints except that it could use more power. Great for hauling stuff, love the moon roof, handles ridiculously well in the snow and I love the look (love the xA, too. I would've gotten the xA had it been 4WD).

Would an xA with good intake, headers, exhaust, suspension and lighter than stock wheels have a chance against a base/stock matrix? Just wondering.

don't get a performance chip...especially not on ebay or anything. those cant be trusted. i think ingen is a good brand though. probably the cheapest. trd is reallllly good but thats a little more pricey.

intake-wise go injen, performance chip a big no NO! unless your talking about getting a unichip or some sort of fuel management but that gets pricey real quick, its really intended for F/I cars but i've heard stories where it helps the N/A cars too
