Darren...my dad always said 'patience is a virtue'. Thank you in advance for taking the time to migrate to a new server array!
But as someone who used to work in databases before I retired...remember...BACKUP...TEST...TEST AGAIN...then migrate!
I'd hate to lose all this wonderful information...but then again being resetting my post total might be a good thing because then I can overtake Tomas!

It's been rough here - Trying to keep an eye on things as a moderator isn't even something that can be done half the time. When I do find something that I need to handle, the servers won't respond to inputs, so I can't even mod.
I've only been able to see a few pages per hour, which has given me time to wader elsewhere...
He's something to look at while you are waiting for your next ScionLife page to load:

Servers still ping great, though.

Dang, Tomas. The last one that you locked I had to refresh 3 times to find out it was locked! I'm to the point I click on something and walk away and hope I don't get that yellow triangle servers overloaded thingy! Granted I'm stuck with dialup and can usually wait a few seconds between pages but this is ROUGH. Can't do any posting hardly at all. I hope this gets worked out soon cause I'm having withdrawls bigtime!!!
I was just going to start a post on this and noticed that that this one is already active. I havent even been posting on SL for the past month or so because of the speed. By the time my page loads I forget what I was doing. I bet a lot of people are in the same position as myself.

So was the site moved to a new server or what? This is super slow.
Just out of curiosity, what is the specs of the server and the speed of the internet it's running on? Is it running out of someones home or on a hosting site? I'd try to look up these things but I'm a little lazy.
