them yesterday. 2-3 days after you replied. ou couldve just have been
like well you paid this day and I shipped this day expect between X & X
amount of days and if you dont get anything in the mail by Date then
contact me back....
Im not gonna leave negative feedback like I could but I did want to air out
how you handled my question to find out what's up.
The very least you can do is leave me positive feedback for paying you promtly....w/out any issues...upon your feed back I'll leave feed back.

Look honestly I dont expect anything from anyone. But so far you have been the most rudest seller I've encountered. As you can see I've been around for a while. Since I've been here I think I may have left only one negative feedback and that is being generous I think. There was no reason for the whole "are you kidding me" comment and this email just proves the low class sales person you are. I have no issues with the bulbs -- as of yet -- hopefully the fruit does fall far from the tree in this case.
Don't expect any more business from me. And believe me i will make sure people know about this and it doesn't have to be through negative feedback...because thus far on the bulb aspect there hasn't been any issues. Shipping was decent/good. But your customer relations is terrible.
Good luck with your little bulb business. Tighten up your sales game and customer service, because remember with out customers your just an idiot with bulbs and no one to sell to.

Of course he could have worded his response better, but I wouldn't be emailing a seller TWO DAYS after payment to find out why I didn't get something in the mail already and would be kind of annoyed if a buyer did that to me.
Bottom line - you got what you ordered, as described, in just a week after payment. That's not bad for most eBay transactions. To me, it sounds like you were a little impatient...

Like I said I was just asking for an update...nothing specific...thats all...and I only mentioned I hadnt gotten anything yet. i didnt expect to have it in 2 days...Iknow transactions take almost 1 busniess week to receive..

it was said to ya before...u ordered them a few days before a holiday weekend....i won an auction on ebay on the 11th...and i received it on the 17th. which i thought was rather quick despite the fact that there was a hoiliday coming up.
I feel that your posting here is inapproriate. You got what you paid for, in proper condition, in a timely manner. Just because you were impatient, does that make the seller BAD?
Should the seller warn other sellers that you ae impatient, by his standards? NO!

everyone is missing the point here...which is fine everyone is entitled to their own person opinion here. If this thread really irritates people then have the mod deliete it. I said what i wanted to say regardless if people agreee with me or even understand the point of the post.
Did you even stop to consider the fact that the vendor has a few hundred items that are constantly on sale?
and that with such a high-volume business (relatively, for a one-person operation), that it could take a while to respond to all of his messages?

I agree with the buyer. I don't care what the buyer's question was, there is no reason to be rude to a customer. Why would anyone want to buy from someone who holds his customers in such low regard. With a change of phrase that seller could have had a customer for life instead of negative referrals. To the buyer: Don't worry about posting negative or positive feedback; just post HONEST feedback. The system works best that way.
yeh but why not run to pep boys to buy these lights? y buy them off of ebay? and wait a week to get them? u would have to have enough common sense to realize that these wont be delivered within 2 or 3 days. there r things that u could / should buy from ebay and things u should just run to the auto parts store to buy and i think these lights were the perfect example to run to the store and pick them up.
pep boy actually doesnt carry crhomes that burn orange they usually burn blue....im keeping it cleann legit.
