Getting a refund from ZPI...

wow i never thought getting a refund would be such a hassel. yes i am very late seeing this thred but i have been watching the progress that zip was making with their turbo for the xb, and was very serious about buying it when it came available. now after seeing how something so simple is hard for this company there is no way i would buy from them. its a shame.

soorry, I do apologize... been having health problems all of a sudden heh... anyway I decided to call ZPI again and boy.. the attitude was way diffrent. We got into an professional aurgument ( saying professional because it wasn't to immature on both sides) and well asked where's my money and he went on about the lawyer yes... but also that I made this post befor coming to them, like that was going to do any good... basicly he said that since I made this post his owner was mad and told me I'd have to go thru my lawyer, and explain to me that I knew there situation at the time and I went ahead and did this anyway... now this was too easy... he said I "was" a good customer... when have they been a "good" business... but the defense to the calling them befor I posted is simple.... We had sorta a agreement nothing directly but yes kenny told me the situation months later after BS'ing and I understood and made it clear to keep me a priority and call me every friday and he did no such thing... so I called back and and the same exact thing went down with the owner and nothing happened... for the 6-7 weeks befor I posted this... and he's asking me why I didn't call them Heh.... telling me the bs about there running a multi-million dollar company and it doesn't cross there mind... BS hire more help ya greedy bastards if your even handling that kind of business... Kenny also told me that why would the owner care because he just owns the business and others... soo why did I even speak to him??? what was the point... then I went on saying I'm getting my 2500 (had to correct him also) either from you'll directly or from court... he went on about me never getting my money because they'll prolong it, apeal it, try to use this a libel ect... basicly
he was tryin to scare me, but yo can't use that when I ain't getting the other way Heh... ummm what I got out of that conversation was that they might act helping, caring but there out for the money and they can care less who's getting screwed... oh ya... he wanted me to deleate the thread and then he said I'd get my money LOL well maybe if you gave it I would get it deleated... I'm not out to hurt a dang business just want me darn money and I def let him know... but he said during the end of the conversation that he'll talk to the owner and let me know the next day... well I wasn't going to post this if they did call it would be progress and insult... but... never did anyway this could of been probally a little more professional umm I'm letting off steem slightly because that CRAP, how he's going to try to play it off like that... it was down right dispecable and I have no respect for this company left.
