Yes, any company can make a mistake but if the job isn't satisfactory (a nicked wheel or problems with insurance) they fix it!
That's why when I needed any wheel/tire work I would go to Radial Tire, despite the 2 hour wait because they are TRUST worthy. Ptuning is not worth my wait NOR their high price. If i am to pay $120+ an hour I expect flawless service. If Ptuning was some cheap, small, shady, dirty enterprise, I could understand how they would try to point fingers and have an unsatisfied customer, but they have a beautiful large facility and prices to match.
Unfortunately, that alone will not bring back customers.

PTuning has never scratched a wheel, except for one. And the one wheel they did scratch... they REPLACED. They do a pre-install damage walk around on the car, and the customer signs agreeing to the existing damage.. I can tell you that wheels is the #1 thing they look at, so the Porsche story is most likely not true. It's REALLY hard to nick a wheel on a tire machine that is touchless, that's why people bring their $5000 set of wheels to PTuning, and not Radial Tire. PTuning is set on quality an going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Ashiva, $60 to install Camber bolts, is cheap. I don't know a shop that will put a car on a lift, remove 2 wheels, install camber bolts, re-install wheels and torque them, and then put the car on the alignment rack for less than $60.
If you installed them yourself in a driveway, it would take u probably an hour, maybe more... most people would rather pay the $60.
PTuning is set on quality and now they will be scheduling a post check with the customer to ensure quality problem-free installations... this will be done on large jobs like turbo installs. Just like Wagon Works (where I once worked, and I refered u there) a car will not leave PTuning unless it is perfect, that is the goal there.
