^^ Still, that is a crappy business practice to not keep paying customers in the loop on whats going on with either the manufacturer or distributor.

Looking on Google Maps with the address posted on their website shows its a residential neighborhood, not a business plaza. That right there is sketchy to me.

On the WhoIS for the website it shows a Brian Cosgrove as the person who registered the website, and a yahoo email address (sciongeneration at yahoo dot com). No number listed either.

Either way, if they want to stay in business they need to know that keeping the customers informed should be their number one priority. Whenever I sell things on eBay I always personally e-mail the buyer and let them know whats going on until I physically ship the package.

You are absolutely right. Keeping customers informed should be the top priority.

Well everyone, it is over for me. I got my money back after filing a claim with the credit card company. No word, no apologies, no anything. I decided to get the TRD shocks instead. Score one for eBay. LOL Sad, but true. Anyway, if anyone is selling the DC strut bar, I am still interested. PM me. Ciao!

idk why everyone is having a problem with them. i read the poor things being said after i purchased my inividia s pipe on friday. emailed them to see what was going on and they emailed me back that saturday. i was told my item would be shipped on monday when the shop was opened. i emailed them monday and they responded with my tracking number. great price, customer service and communication for me. like i said i ordered on friday and it will be here wednesday. not even a week for shipping! sorry for everyone else that had bad luck but they were great for me!
