All you ZPI fan-boys(and girl) who have your tongues firmly planted in the back of Kennys trousers, should ask yourself how YOU would handle the situation if he owed YOU $2400 for that long! If I owed any of you $2400 and seriously wanted to get it to you, you would have it by the end of the day. Period. Has this guy gotten his money back?????????????????? ZPI-Tunerz is following a shoddy business trend that so many others have done. Shame on them!

The parts are all assembled and I'm putting it in tomorrow.

Right now Keisha and Kenny are on their honeymoon, but when they get back next week I wouldn't be surprised if you could get your kit shipped (if you're still interested). They're going to be announcing a lot of new stuff and undoubtedly that their preorders are going out the door.

As for the kit itself - looks B-E-A-UTIFUL and I'll make a big post about it with photos after I put it in. I don't have the stage 1 parts yet - but that was the original plan (to get the stage 0 parts first).

I expect the same questions will be asked OVER and OVER and OVER again from here on out. So, I will just be checking in periodically to witness the outcome. As I'm sure it will be taken care of after the Newly Weds return.

Signing Off.

I don't hate ZPI at all, I just want my pulley or my money back.

That's all.

I'm not going to tell ZPI what they HAVE to do or what they SHOULD do. That's not my place!

As far as their response to what the guy told them when he said his lawyer would contact them. It's natural for a business to be hush hush from that point out and only speak with the lawyer. Trust me I just went through that with a company. They wouldn't speak with me after I told them I was contacting my lawyer.

I've been to ZPI on their work days and seen first hand what they've had to do and put up with. The phone rings non-stop either from their customers or from people who have run them through the mud and now need help with their kits because no one will help them. Do they blow them off? NO, they help them and do it for free.

You guys only hear the negative, NONE of the positive. Or just choose to listen to the negative so that it gives you reason to complain.

I'm not going to say it again! The guy DESERVES HIS MONEY! ZPI was in the wrong, but I also forgot that everyone here is perfect!!!
1. If they are wrong, why don't they just give him his money back.
2. The phone rings non-stop at my office too, but if necessary we hired enough staff to answer phones.
3. You can't make everyone happy, but there seems to be a large consensus that is unhappy given that this company takes forever to call you back and is very slow at shipping out their products. I could have paid more money but had better customer service, not have to fight with my credit card company to cancel the charge, and would have received my purchase a week ago.

I have no idea where you got this information but it's completely wrong.

ZPI is still in business.

Only reason why ZPI is still operateable is because another company Mr.Jack, LLC was created to keep ZPI alive

That really doesn't change anything for the customer.

All I'm saying is that they're still in business, and you made it seem like they were not.

That can't be the case because the Mr. Jack LLC does not have any DBA's or assumed names. ???

All of this talk of ZPI not exsisting and being owned or operated by someone else was taken care of in a previous thread. Keisha's father now owns the business instead of Kenny himself, it's that simple. They are still in business and a legal and registered one at that.

Good job you found the right forum.

Are you a vendor that ZPI owe's money to? Why do you care?

Do you know how many big companies out there owe their vendors money? Almost all of them, there are very few companies that are debt free. As of last year there was only one major retail corporation who was debt free and paying there vendors as they bought the stuff, a company called Circuit City. Debt is a common thing when running a buisness, so get over it.
