ZPI's practices questionable...

From what I know. Snox13 who ordered a stage 0 in Feb, got it in the mail this week. I ordered in March so I should get the kit in a couple more weeks. I rather wait a little longer than get charged %25 cancellation fee.
Streeter also got a kit on the mail. So ZPI is shipping stage 0! Not sure what the turn around time is if you order one right now. They are still working on backorders.

Hey guys i have a really great idea for a new company. This is what i am going to do... I am going to offer a product to people and a great price. Then in the fine print i am going to say refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee (which i have never heard of one quite this high so another plus for me). I am going to sit on everyones order till they get ____ed enough that they request refunds. In the mean time i am going to buy a bunch of cars for myself to drive and modify. So far Me +2 customer 0. So far i am winning. Then i am going to whine and complain saying it is some other companies fault that i am not shipping this or that and people will somehow believe me and say no problem i can wait two more weeks 14 more times. Then this will give me the room i need to where people cant do chargebacks since it is outside of 90 days. I will also say that i can only do refunds on the 15th of everymonth but i can charge the card anyday of the month. I will also send the refund via snail mail so i can say "but i did send it out". It must be lost intransit somewhere. God i get horn thinking about this great new business idea.

I think my point has been made
I should make stage 0 kits. I would make 50 before selling them, and if someone was to have a backorder i would make it and then charge them, and ship. Overnight free shipping as well. I'm gonna need a year or so first though.
My favorite.. was when Keisha told me " You're making good money off of our kits, so you have to put up with the delays" ...
and also.. " We get tons of orders each day, we dont need your orders."
nice..

wow...I cant believe that they are walking around like they are Microsoft or something and dont give a crap about the smaller guys they are dealing with. Where was everyone last year when me and Munch were getting abused cause we were the only ones able to see through the smoke and mirrors and we were getting attacked by the ZPI d!ck riders....Ive started to notice that even some of their fanclub is losing faith in them

We had sorta a agreement nothing directly but yes kenny told me the situation months later after BS'ing and I understood and made it clear to keep me a priority and call me every friday and he did no such thing... so I called back and and the same exact thing went down with the owner and nothing happened... for the 6-7 weeks befor I posted this... and he's asking me why I didn't call them Heh.... telling me the bs about there running a multi-million dollar company and it doesn't cross there mind... BS hire more help ya greedy bastards if your even handling that kind of business... Kenny also told me that why would the owner care because he just owns the business and others... soo why did I even speak to him??? what was the point... then I went on saying I'm getting my 2500 (had to correct him also) either from you'll directly or from court... he went on about me never getting my money because they'll prolong it, apeal it, try to use this a libel ect... basicly
he was tryin to scare me, but yo can't use that when I ain't getting the other way Heh... ummm what I got out of that conversation was that they might act helping, caring but there out for the money and they can care less who's getting screwed... oh ya... he wanted me to deleate the thread and then he said I'd get my money LOL well maybe if you gave it I would get it deleated... I'm not out to hurt a dang business just want me darn money and I def let him know... but he said during the end of the conversation that he'll talk to the owner and let me know the next day... well I wasn't going to post this if they did call it would be progress and insult... but... never did anyway this could of been probally a little more professional umm I'm letting off steem slightly because that CRAP, how he's going to try to play it off like that... it was down right dispecable and I have no respect for this company left. I don't care if people to get parts, I would never support a company half butt'in it... how there running there business is very iffy, I'll stop tho I explained the phone call.. thats enough... ya'll deceide if you'd like to do business with them and GL if ya'll do.
