Hey Cliffud,
I Ordered my HIDS from you in June 07 (the ones you now call Heavy Duty). My passenger side will go out once in a while and I have tried to trouble shoot the situation by swapping the drivers bulb with the passenger and so on, and it seems to be the ballast because when I tap the ballast, it starts to work again. I have tried moving the wires to see if something is loose and it does nothing. It has only started doing it this year and the weather is freakin freezing out here is Idaho (single digits). Any help would be great and I recommend your HIDS to lots of people since I got them last year.

i know im a die hard mobilehid guy, its just weird to me that cliff hasnt answered anyone for this long, Im just hoping he is ok.
