I am confused. Do you have a wire harness?
Because that plug with the 2 red wires I have never seen.

With the Digital ballasts it goes OEM Head light plug> HID Ballasts> HID Bulb.

And the connection from OEM Headlight plug to HiD Ballasts requires electrical tape or heat shrink tubing to keep it together.

I believe the above is an analog ballast setup...and that red wire you see is the Fuse. the digital ballasts do not have this.

it came with relay.

after i connect the realy to the battery, ballast, and one of the OEM headlight plug.
Then i connect the ballast to the light bulb.
But i got 2 connectors form the bulb with nothing to plug to.
Am i doing something wrong??

but it turns on.

Yeah, (Well I think since I am not running a wire harness) The wire harness overrides the headlight plugs. The point is that you don't pull the power from your OEM wire harness which isn't made for that load.

So instead you are pulling it through your wire harness. So One of your your OEM headlight plug should be left there unused.

(Also look at step 4 with the "*" on it http://www.mobilehid.com/support.htm)

I says on headlight plug turns on the HIDs.

If they turn on and from what I see you did it right. Enjoy.

I hope some one here with this set up can help you more.

I need a replacement pair of 9003/H4 bulbs, however, I don't really need the halogen high beam. Is there another type of bulb that will work in place of the 9003? Also, frowny face for 6000k 9003s not being on sale.

gammaTNT - those extra 9006 style plugs were left in with the kit so you can use them to extend the length of the harness to reach your ballasts or do a direct connection (which is what our farming customers do). just use the harness and you can remove those extra 9006 plugs if they get in the way.

09tc- yep - pm'd you back.

redhot- sure do - what do you need bud?

darkbox - H4 = 9003... not sure what you mean - they're part of the sale. http://www.mobilehid.com/scionlife.htm

Thanks all!

I just needed the bulbs, not the entire kit. Went ahead and ordered the 6000K H4s.

Another question: I installed your 3000K 9006 kit a few days ago and it seems that one bulb is a deeper yellow than the other. Is this normal?

i ordered a digital kit before the holidays last year and gave it as a gift to my brother. he hasnt installed it yet, but upon further inspection of the entire kit i noticed that it didnt come with any brackets and hardware like the analog kit does.

were they supposed to come with some kind of bracket to mount the ballast or is there another way im supposed to mount these?

and also there arent wires running to the battery like the analog kit.

basically, if someone has a minute, can i get an explanation on the differences between the analog and digital kits or maybe just link me to where i can read up on this. thanks!
