scionjim - yep, taking care of the customers who purchased the digital ballasts in the past 6 months was already taken care of. There are boxes of these digital ballasts in stock to support you guys under warranty.

203 - the return line is probably positioned in a different area on the left headlight.

marx_tc - I'll give you a call tomorrow. it's 1am now and I'm sure you'd be ____ed at me.

203, not sure if you can fix it really. if the bulb is in the same position as the bulb in the other headlight, sounds like it's just a headlight design issue.

haha its okay i can see much better! if the problem persists or gets worse ill order another bulb. however, i feel like the bulb that is showing the return line is not as bright as the other either. maybe i scrathed the bulb when i put it in? im not sure but i made sure i was careful.

203, can you swap the bulbs from side to side to see if the "dim" bulb moves from one side to the next?

thanks!

I sort of have the same issue. my passenger bulb is more "yellowish" than my driver one. You can't notice it looking head on or on the road but if im near a white garage door I can tell. Doesn't bother me since its not noticeable anywhere but on a white background at night.

I swapped sides with the bulb to the driver side also...thats How i found mine was the bulb. Very hard to tell though on mine unless your **** about it and really looking when the light is against a wall. like I said, looking head on, it looks super white and you can't tell the difference. No biggie. Been working without an issue since Nov.

I have teh same issue as 203. My passenger seems to be not as bright as my driver side. when i bend down to look at it. the projector on the passenger side seems half full where the one on my driver side seems completely full.

now im seeing spots cuz i stared into the light...

well even weirder...i was driving the other day and i turned them on...around 5pm(still sun out) i got out in the driveway to take a look and only one bulb was on. i haven't had an issue since, it's been 3 days. anyone have an explanation why only one would turn on...and now they work fine? im worried it's a bad bulb or bad ballast. i've only had them for 5 days...-_-

I had an issue with one bulb going out every now and then. It seem like it happened to me more in the cold weather. I just turned them off and back on and they would light up. I went back and heat shrinked the plugs to get rid of the electrical tape and it has been fine since then. But I just did that a few days ago so I haven't had it done for a long time.

ok...just making sure that they are not faulty. That's a relief.

Is that common then? that they won't fire up becaues it's too cold.
i do have mine in elec tape, is shrink wrap a better idea?
