Cliffud,

I've purchased your HID product 10 months ago and everything was fine until as of late. One side of the kit isn't working well.

Problem:
After turning on the HID kit, both lighting unit works well. Usually I would hear a sound from both unit once the light was switched on, but lately one side is producing an unusually louder sound. After 10 seconds or so, one bulb will turn off.

Afterward, I switched the bulb to different ballasts. It turns out the bulb was causing the problem and not the ballast. I was wondering what is the warranty policy for bulb replacements. $60 is pretty expensive to replace a bulb used for only 10 months.

Hey Clifford,
I sent you an e-mail a couple of days ago and haven't heard anything back. My Driver side Bulb only flickers when I turn them on then dies completely. I switched the bulbs and the Passenger side works fine. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks
Ben.

lol^^^ He responded to me saying he would take care of the bad ballast, and asked if I needed a bulb as well. I responded back, and haven't heard an answer yet.

Your best bet for mounting your relay is to mount it in a place where it won't be exposed to the elements. Another thing that I've noticed when installing lights locally is to mount the relay with the wires facing down so no water can pool up on the relay itself where the prongs are located.
