All kits have shipped!

BTW - Some people have asked about the weather resistance of these kits so I thought I'd show you guys and gals what they can take.

How is it possible? Because each ballast is filled with a rubber material to ensure the internals don't get wet when submerged in water nor do they shake apart when they get jostled around - say for example if any of you go 4x4...

**edited to add pics of rubber filled ballasts**

According to hidplanet.com - this is the best way to waterproof your OEM ballasts since they do not come like this - MobileHID kits come ALREADY waterproofed.

Hi Cliffud. I just placed an order for 6000k HID kit for my 2007 Tc. I could not ignore all those happy customers and their pictures.
Please let me know when you ship it and when should I expect it.
Looking forward for it.

P.S. I'll post some pics when kit is installed!
Thanks!

Hey Dron-

You made your purchase last night. The kit was placed in the mail first thing this morning. I would guess that you will receive it tomorrow.

Thanks!

Ah!! must buy...waiting on a deal to go through and ill be ordering. i hope you keep these instock.

quick question to add... im looking at the 6k kit...or the 8k...is there significant difference in the heat output and will 8k cause any problems with aftermarket housings?

lucid - i wouldn't worry about the heat output - i picked up a set of projector housings off eBay and ran these lights for a couple of hours just to see how they housing would react - no problems.

Thanks!

btw- love the sig about the hot chick. haha

for what it's worth, i vote for matching fogs simply because it looks cleaner.

I was looking on your ordering page and saw this:

and I noticed on the first post you only list 4300, 6000, 8000. I was wondering if you do have the 5000k, and if so what they look like.

equinox - yeah, when I started the thread, I didn't stock the 5k bulbs but had people asking for them so I decided to offer them.

The 5k color temp is great, the 4300k is oem white but even then it can LOOK yellowish comparatively to a 6k. so a 5k kit works out well in the middle.

Oh ok thanks! I was hoping I wasn't missing something or seeing something I wasn't supposed to... Once I get some money set aside, ill order the 5k kit, and if you want take pictures for you to post.
