Default Changing my oil for cold climates

so winter is coming around the corner and I wanted to know if I should change my oil for cold climates instead of using the 5w-20(I think it's 0w20 for cold climates without looking at my manual. But should I even do it is my question? What does Toyota consider to be a "cold" climate.

any opinions guys I kinda wanted to change over to RP, but it's been hard trying to find 5w-20 can't imagine how impossible it will be to find 0w-20 lol.
