How come every time i turn on my ca, the mant. rqd light flashes?!?! IT"S TRIPPIN ME OUT!! AHHHHHHHH.. Somebod help, i got tints, mr cat-back exh, s2k antennae, and lowering springs. Anything?

 

Because the panel tests all the lights when you start the car.

And if it flashes for an extended amount of time that means you're coming up close to an oil change/service.

Yesterday my check maintenance light came on only about 2300 miles afrter my 20,000 mile check up. Only thing I can figure is that they forgot to reset the light after the servcie. Oil level is fine and looks clean.

Any thoughts

 

i don't know. I changed my oil first at 2500 mi. And that's the first time i ever changed it. I'm waiting on my second oil change.

 

It just means you are due for an oil change most likely
