Louisiana. You do not know how many times I wished that state would fall into the ocean. Then look what happened! Close but no cigar.

My corporate office and my bosses are there. I can't stand them! Everyone there talks weird and has odd names (did you know Jeanne Richard is pronounced Jawn Ruh-shard? Or DeRouen is pronounced Derwin? So odd). On the topic of names, I think the majority of the people in that state are related. They all seem to have the same last names, Broussard, Richard (remember, it's Ruh-shard), or Guidry.

And the weather there stinks. Changes every 15 minutes.

Okay, maybe I don't hate the state THAT much, it's mostly my boss. I want to strangle her through the phone everytime she says "Heyyy Yaaa'lll".

Now I don't work with the smartest people in the world but we were taking one of those stupid tests that asks questions that everyone should know the aswer to. One of the questions was how many states are in the U.S and only myself and one other person put 50. Everyone else put 48 or 52.

I realize there are drug dealers, rapists, etc all over our country granted maybe I was too critical off one state, but then again if you read through the thread and the title you would have seen ignorant comments all other it. I guess I can assume you were just too Yankee (I say that because of you redneck comment that I will get to in a min.). I’m not going to go into the whole Katrina thing because one they could have left when they had the chance and two its been way over talked about.

About the Mexicans you are just as ignorant as my sarcastic first post if you believe for one second that Mexicans are taking jobs that we won’t do. Wow I can’t even believe you buy into that crap. Lets touch base on construction: I have seen and heard first hand companies firing good hard American workers so they could hire cheaper Mexican laborers and this is not just one case it happens every day everywhere. Companies make fortunes hiring Mexicans hell they don’t even have to give them benefits, is that not f’ed up I think so.
