Turbo Toyotas: Vegas Style! Pics and --NEW-- Dyno inside!
man after over a year being boosted the curse still got you! that sucks man. so it was the exhaust leak that caused all those trouble, im gonna check mine too, the bolts it came with are short! and whats up with the fuel pump?
well...hopefully fixing the leak fixes everything. Tony at EMS knows his stuff no doubt.
There should not be an issue with teh fue pump, especially since my car is pretty low miles (25K) but it may have just been a bad batch or something. We'll know after the leak is fixed. Most cars have not had this issues, and tony said he'd never seen this on any of the tCs he's tuned..so it's probably just something wrong with my car.

Yeah Phil...that was a fun night!
U are a lucky man though! Drove all the way to Phoenix on ONE bolt...its a good thing u came down when u did! Im sure when it gets fixed though ull be happy with all ur new power!
Yeah! It was nice meeting you, shdw...and thanks for the ride back to the hotel.
But i really think the bolts either fell out on the drive to AZ or during the dyno tuning...cause that was much more then my car has been through, but I should have keept on top of them and checked the stuff...
I'm sure it's gonna be awseome when i get it back next week!

and NO! He came to see the dyno and ended up having to drive me home in his tundra! But I think he's getting even more then the expected! He didn't see that post on Todd's oil catch can/valve cover project...
damn...don't remember where the thread is, but his oil catch can setup is a full valve cover replacemnet (powerdered coated and TT labeled of cousre!) that is drilled out to have the can on it, but some stuff has to be moved to show the badass catch can...and I think the whole setup is a few hundren dollars...
Dont feel bad Ace! I missed it too! LOL...i dont even know half of what Todd is realy doing to my car, he likes to surprise me! WHICH I DONT MIND! Sadly the lsd and clutch are gonna have to wait just a bit...ran into financial trouble, so once this stuff is installed and i get the car back the build is gonna slow considerably
But it shouldnt be long at all before everything is back to normal and the build can continue! The scionlife curse got me too! Got me REAL good...
But Phil...it was a pleasure meeting u as well! Hope everything goes smoothly with the tune and if u manage to find that thread post the link! Id love to see what im gettin!

damn meaty cant wait to see what type of numbers you put down on the new tune....as for me im runnin into all sorts of problems i keep throwing rich lean codes.....when i upgraded my mani i didnt realize that it sits lower which makes my charge pipe sit lower at the bottom......so my pipe looks like your originally did hangin hella low.....i was driving home today didnt see this big ___ piece of cement cut out in the street and bent the piping in at the bottom so now it looks like goliath took his thumb and smashed my pipe in
so now i gotta get a new one and worry about getting tuned as well......hope everyone else is having better luck

well, honestly, we got one decent run down at 6 psi and the numbers were about 15hp less then my last numbers, but this was a dynapack and my last numbers were a dynojet.
So I"m expecting the new numbers to be a little lower, just a lot smoother and more drivable.
I just found out my buddy has a connection and I can get free dynojet pulls here in town! So after I get my numbers from the dynapak in AZ, I'll throw it on the dynojet in NV and we can compare...

meaty what duty cycle did you set your truboost and what crack pressure? im planning on 7psi on A and 9psi on b.. i set it at 20% and crack at 4psi and i got a peak boost of 10.3 psi haha no wonder it pulled super hard lol
not sure yet...he was leaving for dirt races when he told me...and doug's only $25 total? No strap down fee or anything? How many pulls for $25?
I had my crack at 2 but my duty cycles were all off due to my bend WG Diaphram...
