Haha I'm a vegetarian so Tofu = good for me but I will admit, depending on how its cooked and whether its the Firm tofu or not, it can taste gross. I usually get tofu at those Japanese restaurants where they cook the food in front of you (and create onion-volcanoes hahah) and it has always come out good—tastes just like teriyaki –and the texture isn’t jello-like—it is firm =]

It's gotta be firm tofu, and you need to make sure to drain it before cooking. Put it on paper towels and place a big plate on top. Let it sit there for a bit, otherwise it gets mushy.

This past weekend I went to a Vietnamese restaurant that was REAL good! The Pho was good, so I asked for more noodles and beef...yummy!!!

The spring rolls were OK but the egg rolls were awesome! I plan on going with some friends soon!

im with the poster. i cannot eat tofu, but if i just pick out the tofu, then the miso soup is all good. im all about seafood too. give me all you can eat seafood and im there. especially shrimp and crabs!!

the hardest thing i have ever had to eat was a live baby octopus. if you do not chew fast the tentacles stick to the side of your mouth and it hurts. =] it tasted weird
