Maybe he is smart enough to make up his own mind and decide for himself if its bs or not.

Just like there is some truth in the lies Satan tells there is some truth in the conspiracies that people research. (this is based on christian applications)

The problem is coming up with where the truth ends and the lies begin. The best lies and conspiracies are always based highly on using as much truth as possible.

This is a very similar concept to a double agent in that someone who has gained trust has the most leverage to hurt.

Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer-knowing who can be trusted allows you to stay the safest. Knowing the most about someone is knowing who is the most trustable. This is the same for 'facts' as they were and conspiracies.

Watching the most, reading the most, examining the most of all of these allows cross-referencing and establishes patterns and co-inciding facts so the truth, or at least the direction towards the truth, can become known.

If he was smart he'd recognize that these movies almost always have the facts wrong or contain only partial truths in order to mislead the viewer into believing things that aren't true.

Or you could just do some basic fact finding. For instance, when it comes to how the towers fell, I can find tons of videos of experts and computer simulations showing and describing how they fell. Who am I going to believe? The experts or the kids and whackos that make these conspiracy films? There is a reason why there are more than one version of Zeitgeist and Loose Change. They tried to edit out parts they were incorrect on.

There is far more truth in the Bible than there is in Zeitgeist or Loose Change. At worst, the Bibles stories are the incorrect explanations of how people in that time period saw what happened. They aren't comparable anyways.

Actually, there is a lot of fact in the Bible when it comes to persons, places and things. Scholars thought some of the cities in the Bible were a myth until they found them based roughly on where the Bible said they were.

But you are either 1) ignoring the molten metal question or; 2) have no explanation for it.

I'm not ignoring it. It has been explained a million times. This took me about 15 seconds to find. I went to youtube and typed in only molten metal.

Then again, why would you listen to that? It's a perfectly rational explanation that professionals all determined is what happened.

I find it quite telling you criticize Z or LC for additional edits, yet you fail to see that the bible also has been re-released numerous times.

Sure. While you're at it, watch Scooby Doo to determine whether you believe in ghosts.

No, that does not explain why pools of molten metal were found 8 weeks after the collapse. 5 days later, this was confirmed by NASA imaging re:molten metal.

The Catholic church determined which books made it into the Bible and which ones didn't. There is no evidence that they edited the content inside the books. Having different versions is different than editing out mistakes.

Have you not heard of the old testament? Have you ever compared it to the new testament? god was initially a hateful, vengeful god, then tuned into a loving, peaceful god.

Case closed.

Perhaps it doesn't explain that. What the video does explain is that no explosives were used to bring down the twin towers. If you want to know why molten metal was still found so long after the towers collapsed, scroll to the appropriate area on this page. It debunks that as well.

This has be totally debunked. Look at the 17 page thread on this topic in this off-topic part of the forum. Links and evidence abound.
