You are assuming there were explosives involved. And it is 100% possible that IF they were, it was not an inside job.
I have seen a tractor trailer fire MELT rebar re-enforced concrete and cause a bridge to start deforming.... I guess someone could say that is "impossible" based upon nothing at all, so the govt must have wired in some explosives to make it happen huh? Funny how every tom, dick and harry is now a metalurgist suddenly.
I am the one NOT making wild assumptions based upon movies propogated by a bunch of teenagers stories. I am keeping an open mind and trying to use SOME common sense. But as usual, if my take doesnt wildly assume the government caused a catastrophe for no good reason (oh wait, the prez wanted an excuse to bomb someone!!!!!!... geesh .. we have plenty of those excuses) then I must have my head buried in the sand huh? As I said, I dont trust the govt that much either, but some of these theories are hilarious at best.
The OKC bombing was "planned" as well if you listened to all the conspiracy theorists. The FBI "knew about it" in advance, yadda yadda yadda... yet they caught the guys who ADMITTED to doing it for other reasons.
I will say that some mistakes and oversight was made by the FBI and other govt agencies, and some warning signs were missed. This does not make it a conspiracy, it makes it poor performance.
Funny how any book, article, etc that doesnt support your theory is part of the conspiracy, while any movie that morons like Michael Moore or a bunch of kids trying to start some panic make are "fact". Where did they get their "priviledged information" ? I am all for people questioning what happens in these scenarios, but for gods sake, lets stop with the auto-conspiracies and use our heads a bit more often. I know it is more exciting to think the govt is out to get us all, and at times that may be true to some extent... but it gets taken a bit too far to say the least.

You can't really expect that reasonable evidence will change anyone's mind if they are determined," observed Hyneman.
"The moon hoax shares its roots with every other conspiracy theory: the strangely comforting idea that someone is REALLY in charge, for good or ill. The idea of an overarching intelligence that moves things and public opinion with perfect precision is the subject of countless books and movies, but in reality it's far from true. We WANT it to be true, but good and evil are usually far more banal," explained Savage. "Do we really think that the same government that screwed up so badly during the Watergate scandal could have perpetrated the moon hoax? Come on!"
So if they won't sway the diehard moon hoax believers, why test the myth?

So, wouldn't that make all the people who say that it is a hoax and the people that say these others are out to dicredit the government conspiracists themselves against these people speaking hoaxes as truths and how they are all in it to dicredit the government and these disasters?
Isn't your conspicarcy one of believe that these things don't actually happen as a plan and that there aren't poeple out there causing these?

Well, I dont believe that these things dont happen.. I actually believe they DO. I just dont close my eyes to reason and thing EVERYTHING is a conspiracy. 911 being one is just ridiculous (as is the "evidence") IMO.

911 had to be a conspiracy-it is all just a matter of who was involved that stands at question.
To get the explosives in there (if they did-it took a lot of cooperation), to get the planes and the volunteers to fly into them (that took a conspiracy), to get the national guard and the security sections to somehow not be available or on top of it that day (that took a conspiracy of some sort)-it's all just a matter of who, how many and what it took for all those events to happen as they did.

and the "Explosives" are probably the worst "proof" at all, since there have been plenty of designers who have said it could fall just the way it did without any sort of help. Again, the need for explosives is not proven by any means in this case. I have seen a burning tractor trailor MELT and warp a bridge structure. You can melt and form steel with a COAL fire and the right amount of air (they did that thousands of years ago). Simply saying jet fuel wont burn that hot (and even at that, there was a LOT more than jet fuel burning) on its own is just a way to open up this conspiracy theory more.
The people that started this theory hate the govt to an extreme (and by that, I mean they will blame the govt for EVERYTHING) and hated George Bush right off, so they started with the assumption that it had to be a govt conspiracy and built their case on that. In the world of science that is called pure and utter bull$#it investigation
And oh yeah, Mr Bush wanted to harm the economy, get into a never-ending war, knowing it would KILL his approval ratings, just because he was mad at the middle east because of his dad and is an oil guy. So basically committing political suicide by masterminding an atrocious attack on his own people, knowing some would be dense enough to blame him either way. Yeah, that sounds like a perfect motive. And god knows how many people have managed to keep it secret all this time, even though we cant keep a prez getting a hummer in private secret, and a known terrorist org took full credit for it, which means they were in co-op with a white, american infidel and brought war on their entire existance. Sure, that sounds feasible

It just amazes me that people think the government's out to get 'em. Come on, they have never run a single organization, task, or service without screwing it up. Do you honestly think they could organize and execute such a high-profile event without some low-level peon farking it all up?

In fact, I'm quite sure most of his "faults" can be more attributed to THE WORST CONGRESS IN HISTORY... with SINGLE DIGIT APPROVAL RATINGS... run by, of course, queen-bee pelosi. All these war resolutions pass the liberal-owned congress. The lack of domestic oil drilling, failure to secure borders, passing largest tax increases in history, corporate bailouts, housing bailouts, etc... all are due to congressional acts, not presidential ones. You think Congress wants to lower your gas bill? When the government makes 6x the oil company does in direct gasoline taxes, then corporate income taxes, then licensing/regulatory/environmental distribution fees... the government stands to LOSE money by fixing it.
It's just amazing that people are willing to overlook what's really going on, and whole-heartedly enslave their beliefs to some film-maker.

Well, I dont see the govt being "straight" or completely trustworthy either. But a lot of these big theories have motives that do not outweigh the costs, too much secrecy for that many people to keep over time or are just downright propoganda for those that hate the other party. Those are what I have trouble with. Its just funny that some of those that dont trust the govt (get in line.. most of us dont) feel that has to mean everything bad that happens is some big conspiracy. Its really weak thinking at its best. There IS a middle, everything is not black and white Actually, most things arent.

the american government couldnt possibly hurt humanity!! they werent the ones who slayed the natives that were here! there are no secret societies who help their families get their future taken care of and even some of them to power to preserve what is already in place, even tho bush had admitted to being part of one.

hmmm I stated plenty of times that I dont trust the govt. However, not trusting something completely does not equal blaming everything in the world on it. THAT is lunk head one sided thinking. You guys are close minded and will blame anything you can think of on the govt.... VERY un-intelligent. Know what? Learning what I have and living close to the original horrendous crimes they were suspect of, I trust Bill Clinton no further than I could throw him and thought he was crooked from day one. Yet, I didnt blame all the worlds problems on him and his administration and didnt dismiss the good things that happened while they were in office. It is the black and white, pannick mongering thinking you guys are showing here that is missing intelligence or any sort of open thought to facts. Your replies are continually "your trust... blah blah" even though I have stated my standing in that area. I guess since you dont trust the govt, you believe Elvis is still alive as well? They dont WANT to see any truth if it is on the good side of things.. it would take away their "cause"... remember the cause-heads from PCU ?
So sad that the bad things that ARE true get washed out in the flood of other conpiracy theories. Little do these people know that they are hurting the cause of going after legitimate govt injustices by making up a million other ones.
