haha pretty clever use of an amber diffuser.

haha try that and set your white balance to tungsten and see it converts your flash to a more natural tone.

i.e. amber diffusers are often used in conjunction with tungsten white balane to create a more natural flash picture. However your hand isnt exactly amber but still interesting to see how it would result.

btw read an article on strobist blogspot about using the iPhone and flashlight ap as a pocket softbox.

I thought it was really interesting and decided to try it out. here's a pic I took trying to use the iphone as a diffused light source hah.
