DSLR Owners Unite! (56k? Are you kidding me?)
yea man should have gone D40. I still say, What you get for what you pay the D40 is the best deal on the market as someone's first DSLR.
The olympus will work fine though. Just keep practicing and seeking advice.

here is a shot from Sicily

that's Mt. Etna to the left. When we got there driving to our hotel there was smoke pouring out the top. yea apparently it is an active volcano but no worries. real comforting for someone's first time being there driving straight towards a smoking mountain.

wow, so much hating on the olympus.
I guess I'll go cry in the corner.
Just kidding, I actually really like it, and I got a bunch of "good" shots in today. I'm just getting my feet wet and I got some classes scheduled to teach me a little more

nice nice.
so i have about 600 to spend. I want th70-200 but i have the 55-250 and it is great for now. I also love the 10-22 because of the wide angle for car shows and what not. So, what should i do? Both would fit great, but which would you choose?
BTW, i shoot drifting once a month and a car show once a month normally so i am open for either.
