what things? i'm just not understanding what you are trying to say about the restriction of your current lens. i understand the zoom as it maxes out at 55mm but what are these other things about the lens that is restricting you?

bought myself a d60 for xmas.. my bonus check was a lot more than expected..

they're nice and clear but subjects are jsut boring,
and scion jon, i hold it that way sometimes too, and the 18-220 i just got has jsut as wide an angle, and it feels good to have the zoom :D

what about all of this "oh man DOF DOF oh man so DOF!" pictures that keep getting posted??? those could be said to be just as worthy!
