So my uncle wants to buy my D90. I don't know if I should sell it or not since the D7k isn't on sale anymore. Better AF and 1080p video would be nice though.

Saying its "better af" is putting it very mildly. And, the discount was only there for a lens+body combo, the body only price never changed. Sell your D90 and grab the D7k as I did. You'll enjoy cleaner ISOs (seriously better all the way to 1600) and astronomically better af system.

I can't wait to get home and play with my new Nikon 24-120 F4 that's waiting for me on my D7k.

 

A local store had the body only on sale for $1099. But if I sell it to my uncle, I'm gonna include the kit lens so getting a D7k as a kit isn't a problem.

 

Must have been before Nikon imposed their selling restrictions.

i don't really know how it does it but im sure it helps that she has some one take the shot for her. i had to sit there and try doing this with a self timer and remote...proved to be a fun challenge.
