Thanks for sending me to collections due to your inability to cancel my policy way back in June............what a fun adventure it has been..........yesturday when I got the $98 refund check for my overpayment of my insurance to you........I laughed till I ____ed myself.........amazing how you owed me money and took me to collections.........can any one say BBB..........got my letter to them typed up and ready to mail out........

If you need insurance I can whole heartedly recomend Jen Kekai's wife as a broker.......she got us everything we wanted coverage wise and at a awsome cost too......

And for those who are wondering still no check for my $240 form Qwest/Direct tV .......and still in collections.........Kekai can you ram a stick in somebodies bootie at your work and get them to wake up.

and $200 to just roll a tech out somewhere.. and supposedly still cheaper to have us go out rather than the endusers equipment vender.... go figure

I find it extremely interesting that right in front of where my car was parked, you know the one with chips in my clear coat that you said you couldnt see when it was soaked with rain. Well it was swept while I was at work, its ironic that I brought this up to you yesterday after work, and today, its all clean. Seems like something is being hidden.

You are the most horrible place to live ever.

Lets run this down quickly, the horrible things that have happened since moving in:

Two car break ins
Two domestic violence dispute, one across the courtyard, one next door
dumpster fire
cops shot / tazed / whatever a drug dealer thirty feet from my bedroom window
Someone finding and keeping my dog and then when we put up signs in the exact same place you put up signs for "community picnics" or BBQs or mary kay sales or tupperware parties or whatever you took them down and called it "damaging" to the reputation.
When I complain about parking not being enforced (people park in the fire lane and double park and store vehicles in other peoples spots) you do NOTHING
When You write me a three day notice every other month for not paying my water bill... the bill I never get, you always tell me I'm still responsible for the bill, how the heck do I pay something if I don't know how much it's for? And at the end of the month when I call you to see if you have received it you are ALWAYS too busy to find it
The mail carrier here has delivered Eriks VA check to the wrong address TWICE now, one of those times someone else was able to cash it, high class people that live here. so when we called to report we hadn't received it we had to wait through the whole lengthy mail fraud investigation before getting it reissued.

solicitors, and when I call to report it you say "well they are always gone by the time we get there"
And not once but TWICE you guys have had some company come in and trim branches / pressure wash and NEVER have you provided notice.
Your leasing agent that drives the monster truck that takes up two places CONSTANTLY parks in future resident parking, WE ALL KNOW YOU WORK HERE!

I'm sure theres more but I've run out of time.

If I could mail you a steaming turd with my letter saying I will NOT be renewing my lease, trust me it would be done. Instead I will have to find a photocopier and photocopy a nice picture of my rear, you can have that.

Trent the yard people were here today with the dang blowers. They come every Tuesday. Your lucky that your not around when they are blowing the parking lot the door people don't car if cars are in the way or not.

Ya ive noticed. there are obvious chips in my clear coat on my front bumper. I wish jenna was manager, because she at least knows and cares about cars! The manager here is just dumb! What makes it worse is that I was berated by the gentleman that did the initial damage. I should have truly read all of the reviews and actually took them to heart. i wouldnt be here if i did.

 

Dear Adorian.........I am able to send you a steaming turd for your needs.........I can send it Priority mail.......... would deliver but no turds allowed in the Yaris........except me.

 

You should write a letter to the property owners and send a copy to the property managers demanding they take responsibility for the damage to your car. Explain to them the manner in which to take care of your car and include pictures of the bumper before and after the damage even draw lines pointing out where the damage is so it's very clear.....request that they need to make good on this damage because they did not inform you that they would be pressure washing 24 hours in advance as I believe is required by the Washington state landlord tenant act (I am not positive but I will check with my Mother in the am she knows these laws like the back of her hand since my family owns and operates over 20 rental properties) But they did not give you the option to move your car to aviod any damage so they need to take responsibility in repairing the damage they imposed on your vehicle...but you are within your rights to expect them to make this good by you!!!!!!!!!!

That is what I was thinking, but I dont have any pictures of my car to make it even remotely tell if there was damage or not. I will take a picture, and take a picture of another vehicle that is still covered in dirt with some pressure washing marks on it. Also shoot me a pm with a link or something to the tenant act if this is true. I will print it off and send it all into Holland Residential.

Dear Qwest,Direct Tv,the collections agency that now holds my account.........

Well it has officially been 3.5 months that I am waiting for my refund of $232 so I can pay the money to Qwest that Direct Tv billed them for canceling my account prematurly that was their problem to begin with as they could not install my dish.......

So today after a very heated 3 way call with a manager from Qwest,Direct Tv,and the collection agency..........yes it went that far.......I get to wait another 6-8 weeks for the check that was supposed to be sent to me over 2 months ago.........LOL

No one like it when I brought up the fact that I do not owe anything......it needs to be taken care of internally........Direct Tv billed Qwest.....Qwest paid money they did not owe to Direct Tv and they are both trying to foot me the bill........

I think the collections agency put it on speaker phone for their entire office to hear as it was funny as heck......Qwest hung up on us once and Direct Tv hung up on us once......think they need to work on their phone ethics cause we were being nice.....

Not sure if I will ever get this solved..........but as of now the check for $232 is going to Qwest from Direct Tv..........I told them good luck as I have had none.......bad part is my case with collections is still open till they get the money........that I do not owe......

In short........I cannot recomend Direct Tv to anyone.........they suck.......and not feeling so hot about Qwest either.

 

wonder if i can/should foward this to some random VP's here at work....hmm not that it'd help


as for the phones hanging up... could be honest mistake...these VOIP phones we have suck... went with lowest bidder/style of phones... heck.. if i wait more than 2 rings b4 picking up a call theres a 50-75% chance it will 'hang up/disconnect' by the 3rd ring...
