sorry to hear he gets the ability to plea bargain out due to the fact he did something stupid and it was his first assault charge.............

I wish the plea bargain system was abolished and we could have a more restrictive prison system.........it is never gonna be perfect but........stupidity is never a reason not to do the time............

Mind you I have a criminal record.........I did all my time for my stupidity........why can't everyone else......

I'm glad it's coming home soon too Brian. THANKS for asking about mom, that's really cool of ya bro. Mom is actually doing ok. Yesterday I actually got her fully moved in to her
new assisted living appt. It's actually very nice, right on lake Washington near Renton.
I just hope when I'm her age that if I need to have assisted living I can afford some place nice that that. How are you, Cindy, and fam doing? I hope everything is well.

 

Glad to hear you are getting you box back finally, and hope that "significant time" means just that for the perp.

 

We are doing ok..........Cindy's mom just got her food stamps pulled cause she gets too much form SSI......think she gets under $500 a month from them......so she has no money to buy food......love the system.......so we are gonna be helping her out..........wish a congressman had to live on less than $500 a month........they would be dead in a week.....lol

If I live long enough to need assited living I am doomed........lost everything to get custody of Joe........and instead of having a few million in the bank when I retire I will have enough to live a couple of years..........but my son is safe and that is a adventure I will go through when I get there........

Life is good though........I face everything as it comes and I never knew how to quit or give up on anything..........and probably will never learn.........faith goes a long way if you know how to listen.
