is that really true that they cant pull you over for tint but give you a ticket after?

 

That's what I was told by some one I trust to know these things. Why the heck would a cop tell you I stopped you for tint and oh you were going 18mph over the legal speed limit? Just does not make sense.

Most of the time no matter how nice cops can be it;s a horrible feeling to get stopped and asked for your license and reg. So just a small attitude by a cop would make me crazy

 

makes sense so i'm assuming everyone that got pulled over for tint was either speeding or doing something really stupid

 

Nah I am pretty sure you don't actually get stopped for "Tint". I hope I am right for our sake, but who the hell knows.

 

Ive been really thinking about getting a turbo but now ive changed my mind ever since i dont want to lose money and pretty not much point on having one since i dont track, or drag, I just got a ticket last month aswell, just for my tints on my front side windows, I hate california

 

hmm, I guess the I was wrong. But still a strange thing to stop some one for Tint and give them a speeding ticket. Speeding is a much worse offense. Tint is just a fix it ticket.

 

Wow. Thats 1 reason I would never live in cali... Sorry to hear that tho. Hate to see you give up all those parts and work you put into it... I saw your other post just now and was just wandering how come selling everything possible. Like some of the basic things that dont really matter???

 

How exactly was the cop an "A-HOLE"? I can see him not being the nicest person in the world and giving you a break because you're 18, this isn't the first time you've been pulled over, and there were apparently many things illegal about you then. The combination of those three things never sits well with anyone.

Bad news that it sounds like you got a new cop, though. He's gotta impress the guy he's riding with and has everything to prove by finding every little thing he can.

I wouldn't say full. I would say about 1/3 of SL is daddies that do sermons. The other 2/3 are kiddies that need them.

 

You know it really sucks that you are bieng faced with this....BUT you knew all these things were not legal in the first place....Turbo, Tint on the front of the car, and of course speeding. No lecture here but you played the cards risky too many times now you got caught.....sucks but you didnt play by the rules and you finally got popped...lesson learned.

ANYWAY, even so I feel for you......its a hassle and a pain in the butt. Hopefully you will not be out much $$ after you sell your stuff.
