Hey Bam, sorry I didnt get a chance to buzz you last night. I was busy removing all my "Racing Decals" last night. LOL. Even the "909 Yeah". LOL. I just dont want "The Man" saying its Gang Related since I come from the deepest streets of Rancho Cucamonga. LOL. I'll post my new look tonight.

After I got issued the cite for modified exhaust and intake (smog), I asked the officer, what initially got me pulled over......TRUTHFULLY. He says they saw my "racing" decals a block away. I was like "MY DECALS GOT ME ROLLED BY THE MAN?" He said yeah, and it was a dead giveaway I was a racer. I didn't wanna argue that I have not gotten a cite for any reason for the last 7 yrs because it would be pointless. Now on my way home, I decided to call a friend of mine to sign off my ticket for me and he said yeah. Just swing by my CHP office and we'll hook you up. Then I got home......the putangina pinches whey says State Referee required and cannot be signed off by any agency. WTF. Intake and exhaust??????? Maybe turbo or supercharged, but intake and exhaust?

Oh yeah I forgot to mention the cops told me that Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Fontana, Chino, Chino Hills, Walnut, LA County Sherrif, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County have full training now and have a "Street Racing Task Force" just to look for possible suspects with highly modified vehicles WITH illegal parts and accesories. Just another FYI

Oh and I'm now selling my JIC exhaust and 1 off chrome F5 Fujita Intake. Any takers?

This really blows man! Cops need to do their real job and thats to catch murders', petifiles, rapists, and all that. Not pulling someone off for "possible" street racing. thats BS on the reals! Its this damn war that's putting this country in a hole. Bring our soilders home because its never going to end. Spending more and more money outside our boarders and never going to benefit us here. I'm not one to take my family to Baghdad on a 7 day getaway anyway, so I really dont care. JMO.

I can't be bothered to read this whole thread, but I saw a special on local TV about these street racing task forces. The cameras sat in on one of their training courses. It's not like anyone actually needs training to spot a modified car, but yeah, these cops sit down and watch videos and slideshows of ricers. They watch YouTube videos of illegal races and they learn how to recognize cars which are likely heavily modified under the hood. They can use exterior mods like decals or a bodykit as probable cause to pop your hood and bust you for engine mods. These guys are being taught that exterior tickets like tint are a waste of time, but that engine tickets are the real way to hurt car owners and get the modified rides off the road.
