With the matte on the last Release Series and now the Avenger-like c-pillar (is that supposed to be Fuse influence?). I wonder is Chrysler some kind of bar that's been set here? :?

About what I was expecting, thank goodness it's less Corrolla-ish than I assumed it'd be. I see some Celica influence in the tails. Too bad about the down-graded interior; loss of radio door and push-button HVAC...

Overall, I like it a bunch, and am curious about what swaps with tC1 (brakes, wheels).

The electric steering in my xD is fine and electric steering is pretty much the future anyway.

one last thing I didn't see mentioned that I really think this car could use and most others in its class have: heated mirrors.

Anyone know if this will have it or not? Probably not, but here's hoping it might.

honestly the new gen doesnt impress me at all. I am really dissapointed.

The gauges and steering wheel are about the only things I like.

This def doesnt make me want to go out and buy it.

I'm just simply not feeling it. I'd be more inclined to go with the iQ then the tC but since the iQ doesn't have a manual box, I am probably just save up a bit more and get the 2011 Ford Mustang or the Kia Forte Koup....

I flat out -love- the new model. I might be the only one who does, but I love it. I don't get the Koup comparisons; they look nothing alike.

I DO miss the radio door, the HVAC controls, and possibly that little change tray with the door, next to the shifter. (I don't recall seeing it in the interior photos, maybe I missed it?) It was a great spot for a cell phone.

I'm anxious to see release dates, customization options, base cost for a 6spd MT, and what all colors it's going to be released in.

The spoiler on this is more reserved and cleaner than the stock one and the widebody kit seems to go better with the cars natural lines than the stock body does.

And that color is just flat out, dead-to-rights amazing looking.

we will never see a production five axis kit like that, the same way five axis did the green wide body for the first gen.

Oh I know, but the kit is still available from 5axis though. And I'd sure as hell buy it!

Plus since its a new model, and my car wont be paid off till 2014, I'll be able to get a model thats in its prime and has most of the initial bugs worked out.
