i have scuffs on my front and rear bumper that removed 100% of the paint (black bumper plastic is showing)

they aren't terribly huge, but being my car i can't stand the sight of them.

any DIY's for a quick easy fix on this?

 

you're going to have to spot paint it. basically sand down the area, primer, and a few coats of paint and clear.

the thing is if you do that you are going to risk of having uneven paint and/or clear.

your best bet is to let a shop do it. they normally repaint the whole bumper which is actually better if you find a quality shop. GL!

tell me about it. i bought my car in 2005 and the second week i had it i managed to scuff my front bumper. i just recently got it repainted because of an accident.

 

I got touch up paint from the dealer and sanded, taped the area around the scratch as close as possible, painted with touch up paint, then clear coated. You can tell it's a little off though but it's enough to make do until I get my bumper sanded and repainted in September.

 

well some girl backed into me in a parking lot, and in the middle of a left turn i got brake checked by a snob driving a mercedes 2 series.

i hate hate hate bad drivers.

i need to repaint my car anyway, stock paint = crap
