Home depot lip is just that a $12 piece of garage trim weatherstripping and looks like ricey crap.........
My car is a DD to and it is far from stock.......dream a bit bigger.......people are not slamming you cause you want to get one for $200 or less,but because you are not listening that you cannot find one for that without time and watching every day.......
I got my 5 Axis kit for $450.......whole kit........paint is $500.......so for under a $1000 nice lip kit.It took me 2 months to save the money to buy the kit and 6 months to save to paint it.........September I finally have my exterior almost done......lol........
IMpulsive buying is not the way to mod a car......and I never understood painting the wheels,they look bad in like 2 months and you have to redo them again........and again........too much work and materials.

Thanks, my impulsive buying statement was just my sarcastic remark.
I just wasn't sure exactly what is out there, and wanted a good idea. I won't go with the 12 dollar ebay lip kit.
Im going to look into picking up a couple sheets of carbon fiber and see if I can have a knock off OEM lip kit molded for 200 bucks. I can get a sheet of carbon fiber for 100 bucks.
That would be cool if I can do that. When I say daily driver, I mean I dont like to spend money to do mods on the car, its an A-B car. I have an all out track car that gets all my hard earned dollars. LOL
Thanks, your response has been the best, most explained, and helpful. And as for being slammed, most of the replys in this thread, have been taking very light hearted, I wasnt very descriptive in my posting.

yea man, i understand you want cheap prices for lip kits, but out car is still kinda new, so parts are gonna be a bit pricey. hondas have cheap parts cuz its been around for a while. only way to get it cheap is find it used locally.

I paid $700 for my lip kit all together and I thought I got away pretty good for a full CF kit. Even badly beat $200 is a long shot.

LOOOL @ the ebay lip kit. especially because the seller is using my picture to sell his poop.
let me tell u something.... besides that the internet knights who thinks that they are tuner professionals and whatever they do is awesomeness and day are _____ing at the home depot lip kit.... yeah i know. it is a stupid thing to buy and use it as a lip.
i bought it because it was damn cheap and wanted to see how my car would look like with a lip.
it does not look that bad!!!!! = ppl on the street and parking lots were stopping me and asking where did i get my lip !!!! and they were shocked when i told them it was 12 dollars from home depot.
they thought im joking
BUT!!!! the hd lip is gone. soom i will have the gfx lip and i would never do the hd lip again. im not saying hd lip is cool but it wasnt as bad as most ppl bashing it over here.
dont get hd lip. you could get the rs1 lip kit in carbon fiber for like 700-800 dollars but i heard from some ppl that the fitting wasnt even perfect. so yeah.. you get what u pay fore.
btw look at the new nia front lip. its like a HD lip but without being tacky
