Front and Rear Diffusers...
4'x4' sheet of abs ~ $40
2x 6' piece of aluminum angle "iron" ~ $6ea
3/16" pop rivets, lots and lots ~ $3
6' piece of 5/16" "all thread" ~ $8
16 x 5/16" nuts ~ $2
16x 5/16" fender washers ~ $2
1x tube of sealant (for the holes to be drilled in the bottom of the trunk) ~ $3
So total cost of materials is around $70
Tools needed:
Jig saw with high speed blade
Coarse & medium files
Drill with 3/16" & 5/16" bits
1/2" wrench
Pop rivet gun (that accepts 3/16" rivets)
4' straight edge
Wood-working square

Update! Diffuser has already mounted on my car, and Kanchi will be posting some pics soon. The diffuser has incredibly increase high speed, corner stability, and up hill speed. Its not big time difference, but definitely a great mod both in performance and look! Thanks again to Kanchi!
EASIER for sure! Kanchi is gonna do his on five axis lip kit and megan drift spec exhaust. But I am not sure when, probably next couple weeks or so on. :D
cool cool! i'd like to see pics of that when its al done!! i dont got no rear lip and just plan to get mud flaps/mud guards so it should be easier to get this done without a lip, right?!
