Default HELP! Can this bumper be fixed?

Ok so ive been doing alot of work on my Tc over the last couple months and ive decided to get a new front bumper. I found a used one online and he's asking 400 for the whole kit(front, sides, and rear,) Im pretty sure I can negotiate the price but is the damages repairable? or even worth it? I really enjoy doing taking on new projects but if only if its logical.
Just asking for advice from some one with more experience.

I'm going to check it out in exactly 4 hours from now and I dont want to get caught paying for something thats just gonna be a waste of money.

Heres the damages:

Fiberglass? If so it can be fixed if you know what you're doing. Not too bad but itll take some time

Anything can be fixed usually. A good body/fiberglass person should be able to fix it no problem but it's gonna cost you
