I am doing a retrofit on my headlights and went out to test them and all the bulbs did was flicker. I have a Mobile HID Ballast and harness(w/ relay) kit, D2S Phillips 85122+ Bulbs and adapters for the retro fit source. The 9006 bulbs work fine but the D2S bulbs won't come on, just flicker. Does anyone have any idea what is the cause?
