Default HID Problems please help

Ok so ive searched and visited all the hid headlight problem topics and cant seem to find a straight away answer to my problems. Both of my head lights are out. at one time one went out briefly while i was driving but then came back on and had been fine until the other morning when i turned my car on and no lights. Ive re connected basically every wire and checked the fuses in the fuse box, none blown

Any suggestions? or answers?

Does the ballast plug directly into the stock car harness? If so, look at as much as possible of the stock harness and see if it burned itself up.

^^^^Look for damage.........test with meter to se if you have power to ballasts......if you do.........then ballasts can be toast......check with meter fro power after ballasts........if you do then bulbs are toast...........but my guess is ballasts first.....or harness........and never buy anything cheap fro your car ..........what kit...........perhaps we can figure out what is fried.......but sounds like balast.....

did you check both fuse boxes? I dont have my tC to go look for you but just wondering if you checked both. the odd thing is only one went out and then after a period both just went out.

hook them up directly to the battery.
If that doesn't work, then you know for a fact your ballast is blown.
but BE CAREFUL!

Please check out the installation instructions on my site and make sure you ground to the battery and check out the troubleshooting steps.
